We will have a shuttle service from our venue to the hotel in Council Bluffs for our guests who are staying in the hotels.
There will be 1 shuttle leaving the hotel to go to our venue at 3:15, this shuttle can fit 30 people. It is first come first serve. Everyone else will have to uber or drive to our venue (cars can be left at the venue parking lot overnight)
There will be two shuttles back to the hotel after our reception, both trips fit 30 people. There will be one shuttle leaving at 9:45pm and the other leaving at 10:45pm.
The rooms listed above are located on-site at the venue. Please note that there is limited availability—accommodations can only host approximately 30 guests.
To ensure close family has access, these rooms have been reserved specifically for immediate and extended family members.
If you’ve claimed a room, we’ll be in touch to confirm your reservation and collect payment two weeks before the wedding.
We have a room block reserved at Hampton Inn Council Bluffs for July 19, 2025 through July 20, 2025. Booking your room is simple, just select Book a Room to receive the preferred rate. Note: It does default to both nights, but you can adjust it!
