We fully intend to have everything outside to allow guests to enjoy the Colorado summer evening; however, if Mother Nature does not cooperate the event staff will make appropriate accommodations to move our event inside.

We would love for everyone to enjoy the evening out, but we also understand that some of you may be traveling with your children. If you are bringing children with you, please account for everyone attending with you when RSVP’ing. Then, make sure you make a note of any kids you accounted for. Specifically, we need to know any kids 0-3 and 4-10; kids over 10 are accounted for as adults.

Once the ceremony is complete, refreshments will be available; these will include: lemonade, tea, wine and beer. Cocktails will be available for cash purchase.

The venue has a VERY strict policy against ALL outside food, beverage, and spirits. You will incur the $1000 fee if this policy is broken.
