It all started at the happiest place you can be at on a military base - the bar. Britany looked across the bar and saw a stud with his friends and she couldn't keep her eyes off him. With a little liquid courage, she yelled over to Tim's friends to get his attention. When he looked over, he saw a beautiful girl with a free green tea shot. From there, they became friends until they graduated from Army school, and she went back home to South Carolina and he to Chicago. Over the next two years, Tim and Britany spoke on and off, catching up when they could, until December 17, 2021, Tim had a little liquid courage himself, and drunk-texted Britany to come visit him in Chicago. He offered to buy her flight and who turns down a free trip. She visited in January and from then on, they have been inseparable. The next month, Tim flew down to Spartanburg to see Britany and on February 25, 2022, asked her to be his girlfriend. After a year of dating, he moved down to South Carolina to be with her.


On Sunday, November 5th, 2023, Tim got down on one knee inside their shared apartment and popped the question. They are now planning their wedding and hoping all of you can join!
