It all started when we casually met at the Pet Smart in Secaucus, NJ. Jeff drove 2 hours to meet Britney on a rainy day, and we both brought our four-legged babies. Our conversation flowed nicely. We opened our hearts, talked to each other for the entire afternoon and evening in front of aisle #2. Britney’s 2 beautiful chihuahuas (Tiffany & Destiny), and Jeff’s 3 cute shih tzus (Muffin, Riley, and Teddy) got along so well from the beginning. Jeff had a sweet and tender heart, sent her flowers the next day to encourage the next date. After that meeting, all became history. Little did he know he would be meeting his future wife!

On our first real date, Jeff brought me to the most popular restaurant in Margate. Afterwards, we walked to the bay to watch a beautiful sunset. He also took me to the Chart House in Edgewater to dine with a gorgeous Manhattan view. Officially dating, we met eah other's family members and friends. Britney is a global IT manager from the NYC area, and Jeff is an anesthesiologist from PA/NJ. There were many things we liked to share and learn about each other's lives. It was quite a journey to embrace our differences and create harmony.

Every great date starts with a little bit of adventure and a whole lot of laughter. Although we lived 127 miles away from each other, we nurtured and cherished our relationship. Distance makes the heart grow fonder, and we created a new rule; every saturday night is a date night. While we spent most of our time in Margate, we traveled to many fun places. Weekends and holidays became special to build new memories. Being in a relationship enriches our lives, rewriting our histories, and rediscovering fun and excitement. We had a great time in Disneyland with his dear friends.

We are the most alive when we are in love. Our first out of the country trip was to Aruba. Jeff arranged a romantic sunset dinner twice at a white sand beach restaurant in Aruba. Britney remembers this being one of the best nights of her life. To be honest, Jeff already knew he would marry Britney. Prior to this trip, Jeff brought her to a wedding venue to see her reaction. What a surprise!

Britney and Jeff think dogs are the most amazing animals; they give us pure and unconditional love. For us, they are role models for being alive. Britney and Jeff deeply have loved and cared for our dogs, adopting each other's puppies with open & loving arms while building a family. Undoubtedly we are a united couple.

Jeff took Britney to a romantic pre-Valentine’s Day dinner at the Linwood Country Club. As dessert arrived, 3 servers including a manager brought a chocolate cake with a huge smile. On the top of the cake, there was a message, “Will you marry me?”. Immediately Jeff knelt and loudly proposed to Britney "Will you marry me?". It was a big surprise for Britney, but she happily said YES! The crowd in the restaurant clapped their hands with great excitement, and some guests sent us drinks and dessert to congratulate us . This proposal will always hold a special place in Britney and Jeff's hearts.

Love is just a word until someone comes along and gives it meaning... We couldn't be more thrilled about our engagement. Now, as an engaged couple, Britney and Jeff continued to build their love and trust and started to look for a wedding venue. We work towards building a "lifelong forever team" each day.

We traveled in Europe to explore London and Paris. There are so many places and things to do together on our bucket list. We will not be tired of traveling around the exotic places together. Here we are having simple fun eating "Escargot" in Paris.

Love is the food of life, travel is dessert. We have became the best friends and soulmates to each other. We met many interesting people from all over the world. Our life is a new beginning, and we will explore more together.

Home is where our story begins and where happiness never ends. Britney and Jeff are grateful to have found a forever home prior to the wedding. As we dreamed, we found a lovely waterfront home. We are so excited to move in April 2024 prior to our wedding.
