Good question! We’ve offered hotels in 3 different areas ! The hotels near the airport will be closest to the venue. The hotels in Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach offer a more scenic view and provide families/couples fun activities/eateries to occupy time and make this feel like a vacation. The 3rd area is the Orange Park area which will be the most affordable area and close to where the rehearsal dinner will be taking place.

We will have a cocktail hour with a charcuterie board. Then, dinner will be buffet style with the following menu: roast beef carving station or honey mustard chicken, salad, twice stuffed baked potato, fried okra pods, squash casserole, rolls/butter and tea, water, and lemonade. Dessert will follow!

Please wear cocktail attire, however wear/bring shoes you can dance in! :)

Yes! We will have a table with activities for the kids.

There is parking in a grass lot next to the venue.
