We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire. Tuxedos are welcome, but are not required. For men, please wear a suit with a tie, we kindly ask that you do not wear sports coats, or mismatched jackets and pants. For Females, Dresses should be midi length or longer and may be colorful! Feel free to choose something that suits your personal style while keeping the occasion elegant.

Guest can arrive no earlier than Five o'clock in the afternoon, but no later than five-thirty.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests, we designed this night to be intimate as possible. Your invitation will be made out to you “{Your Name} & Guest” if a plus one is given to you.

Although we love your little ones just as much as you do, Unfortunately due to our venue capacity we cannot offer a special invitation to them.

Yes! So please drink responsibly and make sure you have appropriate safe transportation!

To make things easy and stress-free, a shuttle will be provided for hotel guests to & from the hotel and our venue. Shuttles will run before the ceremony begins and again at the end of the night to bring guests back to the hotel. If you are staying at the hotel please use this service parking is available but limited at the venue.

After all festivities have commenced please join us from Midnight to 2am in the main bar at Fire & Oak! This restaurant is attached to the hotel!
