Colton planned the perfect proposal for us! It was hunting season and I had been coming home every weekend from college because Colton wasn't going to come to jonesboro during hunting season! One Sunday afternoon we went hunting and Colton made me hunt by myself, which I wasn't very happy about because I'm terrified of the dark! After hunting we were leaving the deer woods and when we came to the opening where the food plot was there was a lantern sitting on a tree stump! We walked over to it (I was scared to death) and a pair of antlers was also sitting on the stump! I reconginized the antlers because it was the first deer Colton had killed with me! It just so happens that he had killed that deer six years ago to the date (thanks Facebook/timehop) After seeing the antlers, I turned around and he was down on one knee! I immediately started crying! He asked me to marry him and of course I said Yes!! I can't wait to marry my best friend! ❤
