BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS
Individual travel arrangements and accommodations should be made directly with Charmaine of Island Getaways. In order to keep our group travel plans coordinated and to be part of all of our group festivities, we encourage you to contact Char at your earliest convenience for pricing and availability. A nominal deposit can be placed to hold your room so that you can join the fun and be part of our destination wedding.
If you want to bring your children, that is great! There is a connecting resort called Generations you can stay at and still attend our events. Please ask Char for information on this when you reach out.
It is recommended that you book your room no later than July 24th. Rooms are selling out quickly and we would love to see you there!
BOOK YOUR AIRFARE
Please book your air in whatever way is most convenient to you. If you would like Char to book, please work with her to do so through her email address. Please provide your flight information when it is booked. It is recommended that you book you air no less than 90 days prior to travel.
YOUR PASSPORT
Please also remember that you will need a passport to travel in and out of Mexico. The U.S. Department of State projects that it takes 6-12 weeks to get a passport, so please do not delay the process if you need to apply!

Please book your rooms at El Dorado Royale through Char at char@myislandgeataways.com for the "Beck-Kinsella Wedding" to make sure (1) you have a room close to our group (there are several buildings), (2) that we include you in our final count for all events and (3) that transportation to and from the airport is arranged for you and your group.
