Most of you know, in fact, I think all of you know this story...

But B & I met the old fashion way, through friends!

It all started with a nice, relaxing golfing-getaway in Scottsdale, AZ. It also happened to be Ryan's Bachelor Party. I was lucky enough to meet one of his good friends, Dave. Dave is great (seriously).

Now, skip forward to Ryan (& really more importantly, Amanda's) wedding. Not only was Dave in attendance, but Paige (Dave's wife) was there too. Things picked up right where we left off in Scottsdale, as my first memory of Paige was her convincing me to try & hot-wire a golf cart at TPC Sawgrass Country Club. Security is a little more tight there, as the attempt was unsuccesful. But little did I know, this was not an attempt to see if said golf cart could be hot-wired, but in fact, a try-out.

A try-out? For what?

Well...soon after, I would really find out why.

After a beautiful wedding in the sunny skies of Ponte Vedra, I headed home, looking forward to some much needed sleep. Soon after getting home, I get a txt from Dave. He's got someone that he wants me to meet.

Now, fast forward a couple of weeks, and I find myself at a Wild Feathers concert with Dave & some buddies. After the concert, it was decided that we would head to Jack Beagles for some post-concert drinks & Mac n Cheese.

Walking into the bar, we ran into a group of girls that everyone seemed to know (expect me). I recognized a few, but one of them caught my eye. She was breath-takingly beautiful.

I'd like to say that I made the first move to introduce myself, but we all know that I'm too shy to do that. Instead, Jake took it upon himself to pull Britt & I into the middle of the floor for a formal introduction...

After what felt like an eternity, Jake finished the introduction & stepped back to watch his efforts pay off. In fact, EVERYONE was watching us, waiting for the next step...

...well everyone, here it is!

There is really only one question left to be answered at this point....who gets the credit for introducing us??
