A little cliche but we met on an online dating app.

We talked for two weeks and then we decided to meet up in person. I almost canceled the first date but good thing I didn’t. We went to Red Robin for dinner and then to Shady Brook Farms to see the Christmas lights. We proceeded to have a 9-hour first date just talking and getting to know each other. To say we knew from that moment on that this was something special would be an understatement.

We went on a few dates thereafter and on New Years Eve 2020 Shayne asked me to be his girlfriend and the rest is history.

Over the next few years we went on many dates, adventures, and trips to Delaware river camping site, Salem, Newport, Boston, Florida, Nashville and the most recent trip to Myrtle Beach.

Then at the beginning of 2023 we planned a vacation (our first weeklong trip together) to the island of Aruba. Little did I know that would become such a special place for us together as Shayne proposed on Eagle Beach while watching the beautiful sunset few days into our trip. It was the easiest yes of life and now we can't wait to celebrate our love and spend the rest of our lives together.
