Who would have thought that an app that neither Brittani nor Tucker cared about at all would be what brought them together. Brittani joined Tiktok over the relentless videos that she was sent by coworkers, and Tucker joined… for no apparent reason but the dance videos and DnD content. However, Tucker stumbled upon the page of a beautiful content creator and was smitten; but was content admiring her from afar knowing they would never be together. (Or rather so he thought.)

Then came the day that Brittani created a video using a soundbite from “New Girl” and Tucker had to stitch a video with it. Within an hour Brittani sent him a message on October 13th 2021 “Hey, Hi, Hello.” Tucker thought this was the most adorable way someone could start a conversation and, without setting his hopes too high on his Tiktok crush, he responded with an attempt at being super casual, about the laundry he definitely wasn’t doing while playing video games. This pseudo casual conversation went on for several days before a shared interest in Big Bang Theory brought them together for a FaceTime phone call date.

Later, Brittani came out to visit Tucker for a Halloween party and as Harley Quinn and a Voodoo Doctor. It was the first time they spent time together in person. Over the next year they visited each other as much as they could, but with the distance between them they couldn’t do much but enjoy really long conversations about life, faith, Marvel, Anime, Star Wars, Dungeons and Dragons, and so many more nerdy things.

Eventually Tucker got to meet and get to know the boys and the love only grew. Once the littles completed that year of school Brittani made the leap to pack up and move. The two could finally be together on a daily basis, and somewhere along the way Tucker decided he didn’t ever want to spend a day apart. Brittani naturally, of the same sentiment couldn’t have been happier to accept the gorgeous, one of a kind ring and the proposal he offered.

Now the beacons are lit. Brittani and Tucker call for your aid. To have a wonderful celebration of their mutual nerdy-ness and love for one another. So, let us roll for initiative as we get ready for a daring quest of love and laughter!
