How do I RSVP?

RSVP is best done through this website. You should see a section at the top banner and this will prompt you accordingly. Please RSVP for your entire household. Alternatively, you can message Brittany to confirm your attendance or ask any questions! We are so excited to celebrate with everyone!

What should I wear?

Early September in Ontario can still be quite warm, although we can never predict the weather, so please feel free to dress comfortably. Summer dresses, shorts, etc. are welcome. We have no theme for guests to follow! Our bridal party will be dressed in Black, the Groom in a dark red, and we ask that you avoid White but other than that we want you to feel comfortable and happy!

Can I bring a plus one?

As much as we truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, we're only able to accommodate for those listed on your invitation. If you are uncertain about who is invited in your household, please reach out to Colton or I to confirm! Thank you for understanding!

Do you have a gift registry?

The short answer is no, we don't! This wedding is technically a destination for most of us, and our space on the plane is limited for bringing items back, so we have opted out of asking for gifts. If you would like our home address for sending a card please reach out! There will also be a card box set up at the venue on the day of if you wish to donate to our honeymoon fund but please don't feel obligated. We are just happy to have everyone celebrating in one place!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We are offering a set menu for our wedding and, unfortunately, are not able to accommodate specific dietary restrictions. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so grateful you'll be celebrating our special day with us! Menu is as follows: - Cocktail hour: charcuterie skewers and braised beef sliders - Dinner: buffet style top sirloin roast w/ buns, salad, potatoes, and seasonal veggies - Dessert: TBD

What is the timeline of events?

To provide you with a brief overview of our timeline for the day, we anticipate guests arriving at the venue around 3pm. The ceremony will be held at 3:30 pm followed by an extended cocktail hour (approximately 1.5 hours) which will allow us the time we need to have family, bridal party, and couple photos taken. We plan to have dinner around 6:00-6:30 pm followed by a few speeches + dessert. Then we're ready to really celebrate and let loose on the dance floor!

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is ample parking available on the property. Overnight parking is accepted if needed, please don't drink and drive. The venue asks that vehicles be picked up in the morning by 11am.

Will there be an open mic for speeches?

There will not be an open mic. There may be a few people that get up and do a speech, but we are discussing that and prearranging a time to do so. Please let us know if you would like to say a few words, or feel free to pull us aside throughout the night and give us your well wishes!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We are opting to provide an open bar for our guests to enjoy. We just ask that everyone drinks responsibly, do not drink and drive, respect the property, and have fun! We also encourage leaving the bartenders tips as we imagine they will be working hard that evening!

Will there be a shuttle available?

We are currently working out details to provide a shuttle service from the venue to local hotels in the area. This answer will be updated when details are finalized.
