Brittany and her partner-in-crime, Jen, were at Uptown Beer Garden for Center City Sips, having fun and a few too many cocktails when they unexpectedly crossed paths with a couple of guys. One of them was Rabbe, Nick’s best friend, who loved telling the story with his own twist. As Rabbe used to say, he was the one who first caught Brittany’s eye. But after realizing that she and Nick shared a love for the same music genre, the “Oldies”, he decided they were the better match and stepped aside. As it turned out, he was right. Brittany and Nick quickly connected over their mutual love of music, a deep appreciation for family and friends, and most importantly—the two best dogs in the world, Millie and Wolf. After three years of adventures together, Nick proposed to Brittany at the Bridgeton House on the Delaware, in her hometown of Bucks County. They’ll begin their next chapter surrounded by loved ones in one of their favorite summer destinations: the Jersey Shore.

First, we party! Then, we hope you'll kick back and enjoy a fun filled weekend at the shore. With summer being a busy season, we recommend booking accommodations through Airbnb, Vrbo, or local hotels. There are plenty of great places to stay within 10–20 miles of Abbie Holmes Estate, from inland Cape May Court House to the nearby beach towns of Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Wildwood, and Cape May.
