We kindly ask that you RSVP by November 15, 2025.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RSVP IN TIME?

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, we will assume you are unable to attend.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Please mark no on the RSVP pages tab if you are unable to attend. We would love to have you there, but we totally understand if you can't make it!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WEDDING?

We’d love everyone to go for beach-formal attire that’s both chic and comfortable by the water. For women, full length dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or light prints in linen, chiffon, or cotton are ideal—opt for wedges, block heels, or dressy flats to walk easily in the grass. Men can opt for a linen, cotton, or breathable suit with a button-down shirt and a tie is encouraged.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WELCOME PARTY?

Our welcome party will be cocktail attire set against a sunset backdrop—so feel free to embrace bright, bold colors like oranges, reds, pinks, and other sunset-inspired hues. Women are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses paired with block heels, sandals, or wedges as this event is outside. Men are encouraged to wear a button-down or polo shirt with full length pants and loafers.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN ISLAMORADA IN

JANUARY?

Late January in Islamorada is perfect for a wedding—sunny and warm, with temperatures around 65°F to 75°F. It can get chilly at nighttime, bring a light jacket if needed.

ARE THE EVENTS INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The wedding will take place outdoors, with the ceremony on the grass lawn, the reception under a tent on the grassy lawn, and cocktail hour on the grass under the palms.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

We ask that only those listed on your specific invitation RSVP for the wedding.

CAN WE BRING OUR CHILDREN?

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off!

CAN WE TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, we request all cameras, phones, and video cameras to be kept away during our ceremony. We've hired professionals to capture these special moments, we promise to share photos/videos with you all as soon as we receive them!

WHAT IF THE ROOM BLOCK DOESN'T HAVE THE ROOM I WANT OR I WANT TO EXTEND?

WHAT IF THE ROOM BLOCK IS SOLD OUT?

There are several hotels in and around Islamorada—just a few miles from the resort—and you can still book rooms at the regular rate directly through the hotel websites. If you’d like more suggestions, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to help!

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO THE WELCOME PARTY?

Yes, the welcome party is located about 2 miles from the wedding venue. We will have a shuttle that does continuous drop off and pickups from the islander resort main lobby from 4:30pm-8:30pm

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO THE WEDDING?

No, the wedding will be at the Islander Resort, the recommended place to stay. Other hotels mentioned in the hotels section are just a short walk away and offer free shuttle transportation provided by the resort. There is also the FREEBEE on the island that has free rides from 10am-Midnight. More information for this is available under the transportation tab.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, there is complimentary parking onsite. The gatekeeper will provide you with directions.
