Q + A

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Though invites will be mailed to you, our RSVPs will be online at our wedding website (theknot.com/byersbrown). This will help us ensure that nothing is lost in the mail and the RSVPs are more accessible to everyone. If you are having trouble with your digital RSVP, please reach out to Brittany and/or Keith and we will happily assist you!

What date should I RSVP by?

In order to ensure that final numbers are reported accurately to our catering team and venue, RSVPs are due by Friday, June 6, 2025. If you are having trouble with your digital RSVP, please reach out to either Keith or Brittany for support.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

The ceremony and wedding venue are in the same location, so luckily there is no need to travel once you arrive! The address to the Dr. Phillips House is 135 N Lucerne Cir E Orlando, FL 32801. Complementary Guest Parking is at: 500 Delaney Avenue Orlando, FL 32801

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

The wedding ceremony is expected to begin promptly at 5:00 pm (Brittany is a little type-A). As a result, we ask that you arrive by 4:45pm to have enough time to park, use the facilities, and join our guests!

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

There is very limited parking in front of the venue and space will be limited to vendors (parking passes are required). We ask that our guests park in the parking garage, available for the venue, located at: 500 Delaney Avenue Orlando, FL 32801 Parking is free during the events of the wedding and signage is posted.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Weather pending, our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will be indoor/outdoor. That being said, we are planning a Florida summer wedding and have an indoor plan for any rain that may come our way!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire. It will be warm outside, so we recommend clothing that will be comfortable. We do ask that jeans and flip flops are not worn.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to the limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure folks will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We will be serving a dinner buffet with an option of chicken or salmon, alongside a salad, potatoes, and vegetables. Dessert will be ice cream tacos served by Chill In Tacos. We will have gluten-free options available for guests with strict dietary limitations. If you have any concerns, please specify on your RSVP and/or reach out to either Keith or Brittany.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open wine, beer, & liquor bar for all guests over 21 years of age, so there will be plenty of options to choose from! For guests under 21, there are plenty of caffeinated options to help them party all night long (sorry, parents!) Guests will be expected to monitor their usage and make plans for driving home and/or to their hotel(s) safely.

Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, our registry is found on our website. A wedding card box will be at our reception. That said, Keith and Brittany invite you to donate to their honeymoon fund as they make plans to travel to Europe in Fall 2025.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We have a wonderful photographer, Krista, and request that all guests honor an "unplugged" wedding ceremony. Please refrain from using cell phones or other recording devices. We have full trust in our photographer to get all the shots, so please extend that trust to them.

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?

In the early days of prepping and planning, please direct your questions to Brittany and/or Keith. On the day of the ceremony, please direct all questions to one of the following contacts: Day-of-Coordinator: Jennifer Browne (White Rabbit Event Planning) Maid of Honor: Alyshia Dengler Mother of the Bride: Martine Frankie
