You can RSVP here on our wedding website! No need to mail anything back to us. We request that you RSVP by July 1, 2025, as we need to notify our vendors. Any RSVP after this date will unfortunately not be included in the final head count.

A majority of the event will be held outside, including the ceremony and reception. Cocktail hour will be held inside the historic mansion. The reception tent will be temperature regulated.

Garden Party (Semi-formal) attire is requested. This includes flowy, light-weight, pastel or light-colored fabrics. No jeans or extremely short dresses please! Women should wear knee-length to floor-length dresses or sets - floral prints encouraged. Men should wear dress shirts and slacks - jacket and tie optional.

While we love children, we have decided that the Matchneer-Butts wedding will be an adults-only event. We want to allow all our guests to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, so please make plans for your little ones in advance. Thanks so much for understanding.

Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, so we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest friends and family. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one.

We will have a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres followed by a buffet dinner. Vegan meals available upon request.

We will be providing signature cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages for our guests. Other liquor will not be available.

We kindly ask that you join us in being fully present during our wedding ceremony by keeping phones and cameras tucked away. We want everyone to share this special moment together, distraction-free. However, feel free to snap away and capture memories with us during cocktail hour and the reception. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us make this day truly unforgettable!
