Complimentary shuttles will be running from The DoubleTree hotel to Greencrest Manor. We kindly encourage guests to catch one of the earlier departures and join us for a pre-ceremony cocktail to kick off the celebration!

There is a small parking lot on-site for those who need to drive, but we kindly ask guests to use the scheduled transportation from the hotel for convenience.

Formal (Garden Party Formal) is a dress code that combines elements of formal attire with a relaxed, outdoor vibe. It is whimsical, dressy, and designed to be worn outdoors. Ladies, it's time to embrace the garden party spirit. This is your chance to play with colors, prints, and styles that you might not usually wear. Gents, suits are suggested. The key is to strike a balance between formal and casual. You want to look sharp but not stuffy. The ceremony will be held outdoors on grass. We encourage you to wear whatever footwear you find agreeable including chunky heels and wedges.

The venue is outdoor. Please plan your shoes and attire accordingly. The ceremony will be held outdoors on the ceremony lawn. Cocktail hour will be on the veranda, and the reception is a fully covered celebration house with open-air doors and solid wood floors. The manor is also available to guests after the conclusion of the ceremony.

Sun parasols and rain umbrellas are provided on site.

“and guest” or your plus-one's name will be addressed on your wedding invitation. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are not able to accommodate children at the Ceremony or Reception. We thank you for your understanding and hope arrangements can be made that allow you to still attend our big day. Please contact us with any questions!

Yes! There will be an open bar at both the welcome party and wedding reception. The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to party!!!
