The first time I laid eyes on Britt, I knew she was the one.

It all started at our local bar where my friend group would go out and her friend group would go out. I didn't know who she was and she didn't know who I was, but we both knew people in each other's groups. I started asking everyone about her that night when I saw her because I was dying to know who she was.

Eventually I found her snapchat and Instagram profile and we started talking. It started with me hitting her with some corny direct messages and then I coordinated a couple double dates with each other's best friend, and after a lot of persistence on my part and some convincing ice cream dates and swimming in the ocean under the fireworks, we became inseparable.

I couldn't believe how well things were going for us. From all the fun times going out, to all the vacations we go on, to spending all the holidays together and eventually getting our first place together - it was just meant to be.

I knew Britt was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with and to raise a family with. I can't wait to marry my best friend and continue making many more memories and building a beautiful future.
