The ceremony will be held outside. The cocktail hour will have an indoor or outdoor option. The reception will be inside. Please dress comfortably. Our dress code is dressy-casual.

We have a set guest list for our big day to stay on budget. If your invitation was not addressed to include a guest, we politely ask for your attendance only.

Although we love your kids, we thought you could all use an evening off! Please only RSVP for those included on your invitation as we are kindly requesting an adult-only wedding day.

We will have a dedicated room block at Glasbern for our guests at a special wedding rate. The booking link is listed on our TRAVEL tab. Make sure to enter our last names when booking for the discount! This will allow any of our guests to stay overnight at the venue where the ceremony and reception are taking place! There are other hotels nearby if you prefer, however we will not have a dedicated room block at those hotels. Local hotels include Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham, Comfort Inn of Lehigh Valley West and Allentown Park Hotel.

Typical check in at Glasbern is 4pm. For those attending the wedding and staying overnight, you may ask to check in early at 3pm. The room may be ready at that time. If not, please check back later. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to explore or sit down if you do check in early before the ceremony starts at 4pm! The innkeepers are happy to help direct you around the property.

Yes, we have a small registry. However, due to having most household type items, a cash gift would be very welcome to help ensure we have a great honeymoon! The cash fund and small registry are both found under our registry tab.
