To keep travel simple, we recommend flying right into Cancún International Airport (CUN).

Travel Docs

A valid passport is needed to enter the country.Check to ensure yours is not expired. As of now, there are no entry restrictions in Mexico. No visa required.

Transportation

Roundtrip/nonstop airport transferscan be added for each guest at $106 per person. Once you have booked your stay, our travel coordinator will reach out to offer travel transportation and travel insurance options. The hotel is an approx. 40 minute drive from the airport.

We are currently holding rooms from October 22nd - 25th, 2026 We have secured a buy-out of The Beachfront by The Fives, which is an Adults-Only, All-Inclusive boutique resort just a short walk or cart ride away from The Fives Hotel &amp; Residence. We'd love for everyone attending the wedding to stay with us at our own private resort! Please note - while we love all of your children, our wedding will be an adults-only event.

Important Information!

A 3-night minimum stay is required by the resort. If you choose to extend your stay, room block rates will apply 5 nights before &amp; 5 nights after the minimum 3 nights. A deposit equal to one night stay of the room you choose is required to reserve your room. • All rooms must be reserved by June 24th, 2026• Final payment is due no later than August 24th, 2026

What airport should I fly into?

Fly directly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The Beachfront by the Fives Hotel is an approx. 40 minute drive. Once you have booked your stay, our travel coordinator will reach out to offer roundtrip/nonstop airport transfers. This can be added at $106/PP.

Can I extend my trip?

Absolutely!! You can adjust your dates when reserving your room. When do I need to RSVP by?

Prompt RSVPs are greatly appreciated, as all rooms must be deposited by June 24th, 2026. Please RSVP by July 6th, 2026

Are children invited?

While we love all of your children, our wedding is an adult-only celebration! If you choose to stay in The Fives Hotel &amp; Residence and bring your children, we ask that you arrange supervision. The hotel does offer babysitter services if needed.

What should I wear?

Our wedding attire is Beach Formal — elegant and elevated with a relaxed coastal feel. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with the reception indoors, so we recommend lightweight and breathable attire that’s comfortable for warm weather.
