CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
We love your little ones, but due to our limited capacity, we have made the decision to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of a small number of our wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! Thank you for your understanding!
WHEN SHOULD WE RSVP?
Formal invitations will be sent out at the end of March. When you receive your invitation, please follow the link provided in the RSVP, which will take you to RSVP page for your party. Please note that only those listed on this page are invited to the ceremony and reception. Kindly RSVP by June 1, 2024 as noted on the invitation. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those who do not RSVP by June 1 - we may not be able to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we are required to send final attendance counts to the vendors shortly after this deadline.
WHAT TIME DOES THE CEREMONY START? WHAT IF I AM LATE?
The ceremony will begin PROMPTLY at 5:00pm. We recommend you shoot for a 4:30-4:45pm arrival if you are planning to attend the ceremony, that will allow you time to mingle and find a seat. If you arrive after 5:00pm, you will be unable to attend the actual ceremony, we want to minimize distractions. Thank you for your understanding! Of course, you can still attend the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception - So don't sweat it if you are running late!
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies- wear semi-formal dresses, cocktail dresses or pant suits. Gentlemen- wear a suit or coat and tie. No jeans please!
CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS WITH OUR PHONES AND CAMERAS DURING THE CEREMONY?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony", which means that we are asking all phones and devices be put away and on silent throughout the ceremony - even when the couple walk down the isle. We have hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our day and would hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony is complete, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like! Thank you for your cooperation - we really appreciate it!
WILL SEATING BE RANDOM?
Yes and no! For the ceremony, sit wherever you please. But for the reception, we will arrange table seating so our guests sit with those they know. However, we know that with this group, everyone will mingle and take this opportunity to make new friends!
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Duh - the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! However, please plan accordingly to get home safely. We are looking into shuttle options from the venue to a nearby hotel, stay tuned for details. Please be sure to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Drinking at altitude can hit you pretty hard!
