It all started with a swipe. Our love story began in early 2019 when we matched on Bumble. Our first date, on May 5, 2019, was at Blue's Egg for brunch, a memorable day after Brittany had been out all night at a bachelorette party. Despite not feeling her best, she decided to go after a flurry of calls to friends. Leaving that date, Brittany felt giddy and hoped to hear from Kevin again soon.

Kevin made it official the night before a wedding of Brittany's friend, and our journey truly began. Just a few months later, COVID-19 hit, and we found ourselves spending quality time together in quarantine. We celebrated birthdays, tried new recipes, took countless walks, played games, binge watched 20+ seasons of NCIS and connected over many Zoom calls with friends & family.

During this time, Kevin lost his job but soon found a new opportunity in Florida. Feeling strongly about our future together, he invited Brittany to join him, and so began our two-year adventure exploring beaches, trying new restaurants, eating all the seafood and embracing our new home state.

As our time in Florida came to a close, Kevin found a job in Kansas City, where we now happily reside. We love being back in the Midwest closer to friends and family, enjoying the sports scene, and indulging in the incredible local cuisine.

After 4.5 years together, Kevin planned a surprise engagement in Lake Geneva, one of our favorite cities in Wisconsin. Knowing we would return to WI for the holidays, he booked an igloo on the water and somehow managed to pack a dress, heels, and jewelry without Brittany catching on (she usually finds out everything)!

We are thrilled to share our love story with all of you and can't wait to celebrate this special day with our loved ones.
