How do I RSVP?

When should I RSVP by?
Our RSVP deadline is November 1st! If we do not hear from you by then, we will assume that you are unable to make it. (There will be plenty of reminders sent to you after you receive your invitation!)
What time should I get there?
The ceremony will start at 3:30pm, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to find a seat! Cocktail hour will start immediately after the ceremony, dinner will be served around 6:00 and the reception will end around 11pm.
What should I wear?
We want all of our loved ones to get a little dressed up with us! Our "official" dress code is country classy. For ladies, a cute, comfortable dress or skirt with a nice blouse is best. For men, jeans or khakis and a dress shirt are appropriate! Please stay away from our formal wedding colors: white, ivory, cream, or emerald green.
Will there be an open bar?
Heck yes. We expect you to be on your worst behavior :) We will be serving beer, liquor, and wine. Our venue has strict policies on outside alcohol, so please trust us to provide more than enough!
Can I bring a plus one?
We have carefully and painstakingly built our guest list so everyone can have the best experience possible. You may bring a plus one ONLY if we have indicated it on your invitation.
Can I bring my children?
Our wedding will be a 21+ event only (excluding the children participating in the wedding itself). If your adult children are invited, it will be indicated on the invitation!
Where should I park?
For guests staying at the hotels, please leave your car at the hotel. There will be a shuttle provided from 2:15-3:15 to bring guests to the venue. For guests not staying at the hotel, there will be ample parking at the venue (and yes, you can leave your car overnight!).
Will this be indoor or outdoor?
Definitely all indoors. ....It's December.
Is your venue accessible?
After the ceremony, guests will be directed to walk upstairs to the cocktail hour/reception space. For guests that are unable to handle stairs, there will be a golf cart escort up to the reception.
