Brittany Snyder said "YES!" to Jesse Green on January 21st 2017, Brittany's birthday. The day started out like any other Saturday, except Jesse had to leave for his monthly military service...or so Brittany thought. Brittany was surprised with an engagement day scavenger hunt where she and a couple friends had to go to locations throughout Westminster, each having a riddle that would take her to the next. Along the way, her best friends and family surprised her at each location and joined her on the scavenger hunt. She obviously knew Jesse was going to propose that evening, but she didn't know how or where. Brittany and Jesse's good friend Todd provided luxury transportation for the day. Brittany was blindfolded just before arriving at the final location, Brittany and Jesse's home. The car parked and her parents helped her out, she was a bit startled by the presence of her parents, especially when the first thing she heard was her Dad saying "you know he still hasn't asked me yet", even though Jesse did. Brittany took off her blind fold, discovering a surprise birthday party on the front yard of the home Brittany and Jesse share. Surrounded by her family and friends, everyone sang happy birthday. After blowing out her candles, twinkle lights lit up the beautiful oak tree in the front yard, Jesse took her hand, got down on one knee, and under the oak tree he asked her to be his wife.
