Part of hosting a destination wedding includes securing a set amount of rooms for our guests through the resort and our wedding coordinator. All guests that book using our wedding package will be guaranteed a room at our group standard rate, and will be included on any guest list for wedding events (ceremony + reception). Our current group block allows for up to 40 rooms, based on a first come, first serve basis. A minimum of 3-nights is required.

*Be sure to fill out this form per room! So if you are room sharing, please fill out all of the details with those you are sharing a room with for inventory accuracy.

Note: This is an encrypted form that only our agent will see for you to fill out your details to request your booking. Please allow 2 business days (Mon-Thurs) for an invoice to be sent - be sure to check your junk box so you do not miss an email! In order for our agent to proceed with your booking you must approve the invoice sent within 72 hours for your reservation to be confirmed with the deposit placed. **If the invoice is not approved, then your reservation will not be processed and the deposit will not be placed.

3. You will receive the itinerary and invoice upon finalization of your reservation with confirmation on your processed deposit. This invoice will have your details listed for the room you have booked as well as your final payment details.

4. Closer to the final payment date you will receive reminders of your final payment being due. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet this deadline as well as your travel details and payment details are up to date. Note that after final payments you will be shared a travel guide and your e-documents listing all details around 2-3 weeks before the wedding!

Kindly note rates are arrival date specific based off of the contracted room block from March 5, 2025. Rates may vary when bookings guests for alternative check-in dates. Note that the rates may slightly fluctuate as they are inclusive of transfers.

A non-refundable deposit of USD $100.00 per person is due by August 26, 2024. The next payment will be your final payment as outlined on your invoice for November 25. 2024.

For all of your flights you will want to fly into PVR - Puerto Vallarta airport.

Our resort is approx 40 minutes from the airport. Kindly note shared transfers are included in the rates however the rates may fluctuate.

Kindly note the initial deposit is non refundable however you do have the option to add in travel insurance for the rest of the trip. Please see the below link to the insurance options available for you and note this can only be purchased at the exact time of booking - not after due to the supplier.
