Although we wish we could invite everyone to Mexico, space is limited. Invitations with details for the destination celebration in Cancun have already been mailed to invited guests; if you received one, please ensure that you have booked your trip as soon as possible. If you did not receive an invitation, we’d still love to celebrate with you at our open-house social gathering on May 13, 2026, in Greeley, Colorado. We’ll be arriving in Mexico on Friday, May 22. Wedding events begin the week of May 26, so if you’re in the wedding party please plan to arrive at least three days before the ceremony (no later than Saturday, May 23). If you’re not in the wedding party, arriving any time before May 26 works well—aim for a day or two of buffer to account for travel.

We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure rooms; please complete your reservation no later than January 31, 2026.

Cocktail Hour: Cold Appetizers - Salmon wrap with cream cheese and avocado, melon pearls with prosciutto, and 3 marble cheeses. Hot Appetizers - Beef roll with vegetables, quiche lorraine (bacon, cheese and onion), empanadas (cheese, potato, and Mexican sausage). Signature Drink: Margaritas. Dinner: Grilled sea scallops, a la romana soup (Minestrone), steak fillet, shrimp and fish, served with potatoes and steamed vegetables. Dessert: Chocolate mousse.

Our dress code is semi-formal with beach-friendly comfort in mind. For men: collared button-down shirts, dress shorts or lightweight trousers, and dress sandals or loafers (no flip-flops). For women: light dresses, dressy sundresses, or dressy separates with sandals or wedges (avoid heels that sink into sand). Please choose breathable fabrics and sun-friendly colors—feel free to bring a light cover-up for evening breezes.
