We have reserved a block of rooms at two nearby hotels.

The Casablanca Hotel, Grimsby

Rooms are held under the Hendriks-Langlois room block until June 6th

Rate is $219

Quality Inn & Suites, Grimsby

Rooms are held under the Hendriks-Langlois room block until June 20th

Rate is $180

Shuttle Service for Hotels

We will offer a shuttle to take guests to and from our wedding location.

Pick-up from hotel: The shuttle will meet outside the Casablanca hotel at 4:30pm, and will depart at 4:40pm for the wedding venue. If you are staying at Quality Inn, don't fret, the hotels are beside each other and it should only be a short walk to catch the shuttle. The "shuttle" is big yellow bus, and hopefully easy to spot.

Drop-off at hotel: To return back to the hotels, you can get back on the shuttle leaving the venue at 11:00pm or 1:00am.

Parking

Parking is reserved at Walter's Vineyard (3999 Locust Lane), just a 5 min walk away from the event's location.

Car Share

For guests who will be taking car share home, you can either taxi or Uber.

Taxi: There are a few taxi companies operated out of Niagara Falls. If you plan to taxi home, we recommend calling to arrange in advance.

Uber: There are Uber's in Beamsville, however quantity is limited. We find reserving an Uber in advance works best.
