Where will the wedding take place?
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held at Stanley Park Pavilion which is located at 610 Pipeline Rd, Vancouver, BC V6G 1Z4.
What time should i arrive?
We ask that guests arrive at 4:00 to enjoy some music and the beautiful nature. Please arrive no later than 4:15 pm to ensure that we can start on time.
What should I wear?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire for our wedding. Since the ceremony will be held in the garden, please avoid stiletto heels. If you're looking for some inspiration, check out the Vibes section of our website!
Can I bring a guest/date?
We are excited to have our close friends and family at our wedding! Those who are invited will appear on your invitation.
Are children invited?
Please celebrate with us at our adults-only wedding. We hope that you understand and can enjoy the night off!
When do i have to rsvp by?
To help us in our planning process, we ask that you RSVP by February 1, 2026. Your timely response will help us ensure a seamless and joyous celebration for everyone!
What if it is raining?
In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held inside the Pavilion in the front Tea Room overlooking the gardens. The remainder of the wedding will be held inside the Pavilion.
How to get to the venue?
From Downtown Vancouver
Enter Stanley Park from Georgia Street and continue straight through the round-about. Take your first right after the Stanley Park Pavilion sign with the large red rose, which will swing left and bring you to the Pavilion.
From the North Shore
Take the Lions Gate Bridge and take the Stanley Park exit. Turn left onto Stanley Park Drive. Turn left onto N. Lagoon Drive. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Pipeline Road. Take your first right after the Stanley Park Pavilion sign with the large red rose, which will swing left and bring you to the Pavilion.

Is there Parking?
Pay parking is available onsite.
There are 13 pay parking spots located directly beside the Pavilion and another 200 spaces are available approximately 150 metres behind the Pavilion in the lot next to the Miniature Train. Stanley Park also has a number of overflow parking lots on the west side of Pipeline Road.
Transportation Options in Vancouver?
Vancouver has a variety of transportation options for our out of town loved ones! There are car sharing programs, such as Evo and Modo, that you can sign up for and use the app to have access to vehicles during your stay. Vancouver's public transit system is another great option for getting around town. Additionally, Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available.
