Please make sure to RSVP by February 19, 2025 to secure your spot in the room block. Payment plans are available through our travel agent, Carina Shortliffe. The final payment will be due by January 22, 2026.

Our room block is available from April 7 to April 14, 2026. We understand that not all guests may be able to stay for the full 7 days, but please note that our wedding will be on Friday, April 10. When booking your flights, please keep in mind the possibility of flight delays or cancellations. We want to make sure you don’t miss out on celebrating with us, so we recommend allowing extra time for travel to avoid any last-minute stress!

The resort is about a 30-minute drive from the venue, and transportation will be provided for all guests. We’ve got you covered, so you can relax and enjoy the ride!

Please be sure to let us know any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP. It’s important for us to share this information with the venue so they can prepare your meals accordingly and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

Go for it! There will be a wooden walkway to the beach ceremony (though the chairs themselves do sit on the sand). The cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will be held on solid surfaces.

Cancellation Policy: The refund amount depends on when a guest cancels. If they cancel between the time of their deposit and 60 days before travel, only the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made 59 to 22 days before travel, 50% of the package cost will be forfeited. If a cancellation occurs 21 days or less before travel, no refund will be issued.
