Renting a car is your best bet. There is public transportation that will take you to the nearest city, but not all the way to the villa. Besides, I’m sure you’ll want a car for exploring the area anyways!

Florence (FLR) is the closest, but Rome (FCO), Milan (MXP) and Venice (VCE) are also options.

If their name was on the invitation, then yes! Otherwise, we are at our maximum guest count for the wedding day for the villa. However, if you’d like to bring someone to explore with, you’re more than welcome! If you have any further questions about this, please reach out to us!

I’ve included a few nearby hotels under the travel section, but anywhere near Poppi or Bibbiena will be very close to the villa. We do not have a room block at a hotel so this will be up to you. There are also a ton of Airbnb listings in Poppi/Bibbiena that are close to the venue.

Pretty much the same! You’ll need an international driver’s license but that’s easily obtained from your local AAA office for $20!
