Like many modern love stories, ours began with a swipe on Hinge. After a few messages and some witty banter, we went on our first date on November 11, 2022—and the connection was instant.

Not long after, Gage met Audrey, and what could have been a nerve-wracking introduction turned into something beautiful. He loved her like his own from the very start, and just like that, our little family started to grow.

Of course, no family is complete without four-legged chaos, and ours comes in the form of Cruz, our gentle Cane Corso, and Archie, our goofy hound. Between slobbery kisses, stolen socks, and the occasional zoomies through the living room, they’ve made our home even fuller and our love even louder.

The next year was a whirlwind—Brittany graduated nursing school and became an ER nurse, while we settled into life as a family of (already quite a few!) three humans and two dogs.

Then, in Fall 2024, we got the surprise of a lifetime: we were expecting a baby! After months of excitement and preparation (with Cruz and Archie convinced the nursery was definitely being built for them), we welcomed our sweet daughter, Reese, in April 2025.

But just before she arrived, Gage had one more surprise up his sleeve. At our gender reveal party, surrounded by family, friends, balloons, and way too many cupcakes, he got down on one knee and asked the question that would change everything. Spoiler: she said yes—through happy tears, laughter, and total shock.

And now, here we are. Our journey has been full of love, laughter, kids, dogs, and plenty of surprises—and we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all of you!
