Yes. You can bring children to both the wedding and reception. Just as a warning there will most likely be songs that aren’t kid friendly. It’s up to your discretion on whether or not to bring them.

Yes, we plan on serving alcohol. This means that all the guests who plan on drinking, must do it responsibly. That means planning for a DD or someone else to come pick you up if need be.
