Attire: We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is casual dressy attire. You're welcome to wear nice boots and jeans or other western wear, sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony by the river. Alternatively, guests can wear light dress shirts with khakis or other lightweight slacks. Jackets and ties are optional.
We encourage you to spend the day wandering through the shops in Wimberley or take the beautiful Texas Hill Country and maybe even a winery or brewery.
For the wedding, we recommend arriving around 5:30 pm. Guests will be directed to the parking area and will be transported to the Wedding Deck where the ceremony will take place.
6:00-6:30 Ceremony
Old Glory Ranch - Wedding Deck
Guests should arrive at the Old Glory Ranch gates between 5:30 and 5:55 and will be directed to the parking lot. Guests will then be transported via golf cart to the Wedding Deck along the beautiful Blanco River. Guests will have seating in this beautiful, sunny outdoor area to await the arrive of the wedding party.
6:30 - 11:00 Cocktails and Reception
Old Glory Ranch - Patio and Reception Hall
After the ceremony, the wedding party and immediate family are asked to stay for photos with the bride and groom. Golf carts will be waiting to take guests to the Patio for the Cocktail Hour for beer and wine followed by the Reception. Guests who would like to stretch their legs may choose to take a short walk through a meadow up to the Patio.
