Steve and Brittany's journey began in the charming town of Elbow, Saskatchewan, during the summer of 2017. Brittany was working at the Elbow Hotel, while Steve was stationed as a seasonal Conservation Officer at Douglas Provincial Park. We spent the summer at the lake, creating memories that would last a lifetime.

As the leaves began to change, Steve moved to Saskatoon, and Brittany resumed her final year to complete her Bachelor of Commerce Degree.

Their first date was a delightful day of getting ice cream at The Store By The Shore in Douglas Provincial Park, followed by a trip to the beach. Steve then showed Brittany the best views of Douglas, making it a day to remember.

In April 2018, Steve received a full-time position in Stony Rapids, where he lived until April of 2023. During this time, their relationship flourished through frequent visits and adventures. Brittany visited Stony Rapids, where they enjoyed fishing, hiking, and snowmobiling. More often, Steve would travel back to Saskatoon. They stayed connected through daily phone and video calls.

Together, Steve and Brittany have explored various destinations. They have traveled to Ontario and Hawaii, marking Steve's first trip to the United States. In 2024, they ventured to Oahu, Hawaii. On February 22, 2024, Steve proposed to Brittany at the Disney Resort on the beach at sunset, creating a magical moment they will cherish forever.
