WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

The ceremony and reception are both at 6 Pastures in Winchester, VA. The ceremony will be held outside in a grassy field (weather permitting) and the reception will be held inside in a large barn. Cocktail hour will be downstairs in the barn and the reception will be upstairs in the barn.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? DO I NEED TO MAIL BACK MY RSVP OR CAN I DO IT ONLINE?

Please RSVP through our wedding website by May 1st so we can plan accordingly! Also, please answer the question if you will need transportation from the SpringHill Suites hotel to the venue and back to the hotel after the wedding.

WILL THERE BE AN AFTER PARTY?

We plan to continue the celebration at Picadilly’s in downtown Winchester after the reception ends. Picadilly's Address: 125 E Piccadilly St, Winchester, VA 22601

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

We have a strict guest list and will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Semi-formal/cocktail attire.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY?

Yes, please visit the Travel tab of the website for all of the information and link to reserve your room! The rooms must be booked before 5/31 if using the room block with discounted rates. Please book early, if possible.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

We will be offering transportation from the SpringHill Suites hotel to the venue and back to the SpringHill Suites hotel/Picadilly's after the wedding. The buses will be departing the SpringHill Suites hotel promptly at 3:15pm (will begin loading at 3:00pm) to take everyone to the wedding. The buses will be leaving the venue promptly at 10:30pm (will begin loading at 10:00pm). There will be two buses that will take guests to either the SpringHill Suites hotel or Picadilly's for the after party! Please note on your RSVP if you will need transportation.

IS THERE PARKING?

There is free parking at the venue. Parking attendants will help direct guests to the appropriate parking areas. Guests can leave their car over night but must be picked up between 11-1pm on Sunday.

WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE SERVED?

Food will be buffet style. Alcohol will be provided for our guests. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING AND RECEPTION ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media accounts, and if you do, please tag us! Please keep phones/cameras silenced and away during the ceremony so our professional photographers can capture the moment.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION LOCATION WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, all areas of the venue are wheelchair accessible.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE VENUE?

Firearms are not permitted on the property. No smoking/vaping is permitted inside any area of the venue. There will be designated smoking/vaping areas outside. The wedding ends at 10pm and all guests must be gone from the venue no later than 11pm.
