Ben and I met on a dating site back in April of 2016. He kept asking me to hang out and I was very skeptical. So after turning him down for over a week... I finally said yes! Our first date was running errands and doing some shopping... I know, so romantic! We then went out for ice cream afterwards!

Ben asked me to be his girlfriend on Memorial Day weekend in Madison on the lake at Adam's parent's cabin. A few months later, we moved in together and have been together ever since!

Ben and I went out for dinner at Carnaval Brazilian Grill to celebrate our 8 year anniversary. As we were eating dessert, he pulled the ring out of his pocket and popped the question. I of course said yes!
