Our Wedding

How we met:

Ryan and Brittany initially met in October of 2018 when they were purposely sat next to each other at a wedding, since they were both single. They were both a little shy and ended up not speaking at the wedding. Afterwards, Ryan flew home to California and Brittany went home to her multiple cats. Eight months later, Ryan moved back to Pennsylvania from California. Shortly after moving home he helped set up for his new niece’s baby shower a few weeks later. Brittany was also setting up for the baby shower (ironically enough they were both honored to be her godparents a year later!). They have been inseparable ever since. Brittany and Ryan have two cats, Kato and Blaze, and adopted a dog together, named Cici. They enjoy taking their dog for walks, binge-watching television, and visiting friends and family.

How he asked:

Ryan took Brittany’s mom and Matron of Honor, Brooke, ring shopping, because who knows a girl better right? The next week Brittany and Brooke were planning to visit a pumpkin patch by together. When they showed up, Ryan was standing in the pumpkin patch and Brittany was completely shocked because he should have been at work. After he proposed Brittany realized her mom, sister, and Maid of Honor were there too! Then, they all had a small gathering to celebrate with their parents and grandparents. Ryan and Brittany toured their wedding venue, Normandy Farms, and booked the same day. It was the first venue they toured but they both fell in love with its modern, rustic charm and hope all of their guests do too!

Our Story

Due to limited space at Normandy Farms, the bride and groom, immediate family, and the bridal party will be staying at the Hyatt House! Please mention our group code G-FEHR or use the link below to book. The room block is for Friday or Saturday night. The hotel is 5 minutes from the venue. Transportation is provided. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

If you prefer to stay onsite, a block of rooms is reserved on Saturday night. The bride and groom, immediate family, and the bridal party are staying at the Hyatt House due to space! Please mention the Fehr Wedding when booking. If you are booking online please use our group code PFMAY7 in order to receive our discount!
