Q. HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION?
All changes are made by contacting the resort directly and referencing the promo code and/or their respective confirmation number.

Changes made within 60 days of travel:
If you are adding additional days or guests to your stay, the hotel will charge market rates for the additional stay.
If you are reducing your stay, the discounted promo code will still be applicable.
Guests are not able to change their room type within 60 days of travel, or the promo code will invalidate.
Q. HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT?
For all stays of 3 nights or more, the room cost includes roundtrip transportation from the airport to the resort, and vice versa, if booked using the promo code.
Please arrange ground transportation by sending flight details (date of arrival and departure, airline, flight number, departure / arrival cities, reservation number, names, etc) to transfers.domrep@seasonstours.com

When searching for flights, the airport you are flying to is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
Q. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Guests can cancel without penalty up until one week prior to travel.
- Final balances are drafted from the credit card on file 30 days prior to travel.
Q. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENT?
The minimum night stay requirement may vary, ranging from 3 to 7 nights per reservation. Typically, it stands at 3 nights; however, the resort retains the flexibility to modify this criterion at any given moment. A highly recommended strategy to mitigate potential changes is to secure room reservations promptly by making a $1 deposit immediately. This proactive approach ensures that, even if the website terms change, your booking remains secure. In the event plans change, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the travel date result in a full refund of all payments. The greater risk lies in delaying the confirmation of a reservation, as the minimum night stay requirement may subsequently increase, posing challenges in meeting the new criteria.

Q. WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
30 days prior to travel. The final balance will be drafted from the credit card on file at the time the reservation was made.
Q. WHAT DOES “ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAN”?
All-Inclusive resorts offer: All you can eat (gourmet restaurants and buffets), All you can drink (alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), Entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a nightclub), Water Sports (kayaking, paddle boarding, and other non-motorized water sports are typically included), Room Service includes 24-hour room service of food.
Q. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO FIND TO FIND GOOD FLIGHT DEALS?
We suggest setting up flight alerts. Our favorite is Google flights because it includes a wider range of airlines. Use search engines to find the best deal, but remember to book the flight itself directly via the airline to maximize your flexibility if your plans were to change. Q. DO I NEED TO HAVE MY PASSPORT PRIOR TO MAKING MY DEPOSIT FOR THE TRIP?
Passports are required at the time of travel. As long as you confirm your reservation with your full legal name (as it will appear on your passport), you can arrange travel in advance by confirming your room reservation (RSVPing). Expedited Passports now can take up to 12 weeks - we do recommend getting your passport as soon as possible. Please allow 12-16 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility". If you do not obtain your passport before travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees. **Reminder: please check the EXPIRATION DATE on your passport! It must have an expiration date of Jan 2025 or later. The Dominican Republic has a 6-month passport validity rule.
Q. DOES EVERY GUEST NEED A PASSPORT?
YES! Each guest (including children) must have a valid passport to travel to The Dominican Republic. **Reminder: please check the EXPIRATION DATE on your passport! It must have an expiration date of Jan 2025 or later. The Dominican Republic has a 6-month passport validity rule.
