Both will take place at the same location! Our ceremony & reception will be at the Brightside venue in downtown Dayton. Ceremony will be held on the 2nd floor, and the reception will be held on the first floor of the venue.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM, please plan on arriving at least 10-15 mins before then. The cocktail hour will immediately follow, and then the reception will begin around 6:00PM.

The venue is right in downtown Dayton! It is about a 15 minute drive from the Dayton Airport.

We will have room blocks available at the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the new AC Hotel located in downtown Dayton (just a couple blocks from the venue). More information on reserving a room is available on our Travel page!

There is free parking connected to the venue on both sides of the building, so you can park & walk right inside! The venue is also just a few blocks from the hotels. Free parking is available at the venue overnight in case you need to leave your car there & Uber to the hotel after the wedding.

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors! Weather permitting, there is a lovely patio connected to the ballroom that we can utilize during the cocktail hour & reception dinner.

Most importantly, we want everyone to dress comfortably to enjoy the celebration late into the evening! Cocktail attire is preferred, and ladies no shades of white please.

There will be an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception, which will also include dinner & dessert. We are planning on hosting local caterers with plenty of delicious options for dinner!

Invites will specify how many seats we have saved for you. Since seating space is limited at our venue, we are already fulfilling capacity and cannot honor additional requests at this time.

As much as we love your little ones, we hope that you will enjoy a special night out alone to celebrate our wedding with us. The only children in attendance will be family members.

We will be having an “unplugged” ceremony so we ask that everyone keep their phones & cameras stored away to fully be present with us. We will have a wonderful photographer and videographer there to capture all the special moments! Please feel free to take photos during the reception later in the evening & enjoy the photo booth!

The reception will end with a special exit around 10PM preceded by a last dance for the Bride & Groom. Please plan accordingly to spend the evening dancing & enjoying some late night snacks!
