The Wedding starts at 4:30pm on Saturday April 11th, 2026 at Colonial Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida. Please be ready and in your seats at 4:15pm so the ceremony can start on the time. (Please allow extra time to check in with the gate upon arrival to the venue). Our Wedding

Brittany moved to Florida in June 2019 without knowing a single person. One night, she went to Hooters for dinner to meet a new friend, but she never showed up. While sitting alone at the bar, she noticed a guy at the other end…Ted. They didn’t talk that night (Ted admits he was too nervous to say anything), but Brittany definitely noticed him as well, and she may have sped out of the parking lot afterward, trying to look cool in her Mustang.Over the next month, Brittany kept spotting a white Mustang around town. She saw it everywhere at stoplights, in parking lots, and even passing by in the opposite direction, waving to each other once. Then one day, fate stepped in again: Brittany pulled up to a red light, and Ted was right beside her. He rolled his window down and said, “I love your car,” and Brittany replied, “I love your car!” He asked for her Instagram and later messaged her, saying he’d been trying to find her since that night at Hooters.A few days later, they finally hung out for the first time Ted brought his friends along for a late-night Denny’s run. Brittany broke the ice by teasing his buddies a little, which made everyone laugh and set the tone for the rest of the night. From that moment on, they’ve been inseparable. Two Mustangs, one small town, and a little bit of fate brought them together.

How we met: 

Brittany met Ted when she was 21 and he was 26, and over the years, their relationship has grown stronger in so many ways. What made it even more special was realizing that their lives had been connected long before they officially met. Ted grew up in Cape Coral, Florida, and Brittany had vacationed there since she was around eight years old at her family’s vacation home was just ten minutes from where Ted grew up. Neither of them knew it at the time, but they had practically been neighbors for years.Ted’s first house on his own ended up being five minutes from where Brittany was now living so moving in together made sense and it really allowed them to spend more time together, get to know each-other faster, and Brittany quickly became close with Ted’s family shortly after. From the very beginning, they welcomed her with open arms, treating her like one of their own. For Brittany, who had moved across the country without knowing anyone, and without any family or friends nearby it truly felt like home. Ted has always been Brittany’s biggest supporter cheering her on for starting up her face painting and art business from ground zero again, being there during many difficult times, and making her feel special in everyday moments. At the same time, Brittany has supported Ted in everything he does: attending his&nbsp;&nbsp;races at Sebring and Daytona, helping with car projects like helping install the flame throwing kit on his Mustang, and being there for the fun and the challenges. Together, they share a love for cars, adventures, and the special moments in between.Ted and Brittany have also built a life full of care, fun, and shared responsibility from spoiling their cat Sargent, who was Ted’s before they met, to navigating life together as a team. Ted now gets jealous when Sargent gives Brittany more attention than he gets since it’s now her fur baby now too. Brittany’s love and support for Ted, and Ted’s love and support for Brittany, have strengthened their bond over the years and made them a true partnership in every sense. They’ve learned that together, they can take on anything because it’s now Ted and Brittany against the world. Ted officially asked Brittany to be his girlfriend on September 4th, 2019.

Growing Together 

Ted and Brittany got engaged in Juneau Alaska… and for it being so far away from their home town in Florida here’s how it was made possible. In December 2024, Brittany and Ted decided to skip Christmas gifts, and then birthday gifts the next year, and plan an unforgettable trip instead. Ted’s family had always talked about how amazing their Alaskan cruise was, so Brittany booked one for August 2025. They flew first class after Ted insisted on it, and began what would become the most memorable trip of their lives. August 11th, 2025 their very first day in Alaska. They spent the morning whale watching, then enjoying Alaskan king crab, and exploring little shops. They then had some time to spare before their boat left, so they decided to take a ski lift up a mountain to go for a hike. Even though it was raining and muddy as they hiked through the rainforest, by the time they reached the top, they were sweaty and exhausted, but the breathtaking view made it all worth it. While Brittany was distracted taking photos, Ted asked to set up the camera to film a TikTok video… and then he got down on one knee and proposed. Over the years, Brittany had always told Ted how much it meant to her to have photos, and maybe even a video of that moment so she can always look back at it. And, in true Ted fashion, he made sure it happened.Whether it was partially planned or completely spontaneous, Ted went above and beyond to make the moment special, thoughtful, and everything she could have ever hoped for. They spent the rest of the week exploring , Skagway, and Ketchikan, and seeing the beautiful views in Glacier Bay… but Juneau, Alaska will always hold the most special place in their hearts.

Bri is Brittanys little sister,  or as shes always called her, Breezy. Four years younger but truly a lifelong best friend, Bri is an incredible artist. Brittany was the first to teach her how to face paint and paint windows, and she has been creating magic ever since. She is a proud fur mom to her bunny, Jigsaw, named after the Saw movies, her new dog Dobby, and has a loving husband, Brandon. With a huge passion for art and the talent to sell just about anything, Bri brings creativity, warmth, and joy wherever she goes. Brittany can not imagine this day without her little sister by her side.

Brianna

Brittany met Malorie the very same day Ted asked her out, and they have been inseparable ever since. After that first dinner together with Malorie and her husband Leo, the two instantly clicked. Over the years no matter how busy life became, especially with Malorie now having two little ones under three they always made time for each other. From quick FaceTimes and long catch-up calls to sharing chips and salsa and enjoying margarita-girl days, their friendship has stayed steady and full of joy.
Malorie may be quiet, but she is truly the sweetest soul you will ever meet. Brittany even had the honor of photographing Malorie’s proposal, a moment that symbolizes just how entwined their lives have become. Their friendship has been filled with laughter, support, and countless little memories that mean everything.
Brittany has always known she wanted Malorie standing by her side on her wedding day, and she couldn’t imagine saying “I do” without her.

Malorie 

Kate is Teds older sister and truly one of the sweetest and most fun person you will ever meet. She can truly get along with just about anyone! She is always a joy to be around, bringing warmth and positivity wherever she goes. Married to Ian one of the groomsmen,  and mom to their adorable daughter Kennedy, who is the flower girl and fur mom to their King Charles spaniel Lucy. She has a great eye for fashion, a passion for making the healthiest (and tastiest!) meals, and she has a thriving career in real estate. They are both so grateful to have Kate apart of their special day.

Kate

Mariah is Brittanys sister-in-law and she is married to her brother, Billy who is also a groomsmen together known by many as Mariah and Bill on YouTube. With a love for Fortnite, coloring, and all things cozy. Mariah is also a proud twin to her sister Meg, a cat mom to four adorable kitties, and has a well-known obsession with anything related to Tate McRae and Gilmore Girls. They are so happy she gets to be apart of their special day. 

Mariah

Nate is one of Teds lifelong best friends. It always been Nate and Ted. The two have been inseparable since they were younger, and even through multiple moves while Nate pursued his medical degree, their friendship never wavered. From living together in college to now a doctor, Nate is known for his love of Chick-Fil-A, dinosaur chicken nuggets & escape rooms. Nate is quite by nature but Nate has one of the biggest hearts. Nate is also fur dad to his cat Meadow. Even though Nate still lives about three hours away, he and Ted still make time to game together and stay as close as ever. Ted was Nates Best Man at his wedding, and now he stands by Teds side once again a true testament to their lifelong bond. Fittingly, Nate is also married to a Brittany, which feels a little ironic!

Nate 

Billy is Brittanys younger brother and he is married to Mariah (who is a bridesmaid) together known as Mariah and Bill on YouTube. Over the years, he and Ted have become incredibly close, bonding over their shared love of hockey, cars, cigars, & video games. Billy, also loves a good old-fashion and tends to rate old fashions wherever he goes to find the best one. He is also a master builder who can create just about anything, Billy is known for his easygoing personality and ability to get along with anyone. He is also a proud cat dad to four furry babies and truly is the life of the party. Brittany and Billy have always shared a special bond, and she has been especially grateful to have lived close to him for the past four years ever since he became the first member of her family to move to Florida after she did. They can not imagine their wedding without him there. 

Billy

Ian is Teds brother n law (married to Teds sister, Kate, a bridesmaid), and is the proud father of their daughter, Kennedy (the flower girl). Known for his easygoing nature, Ian can get along with anyone and is always up for a good time. He has a passion for golf, football, sushi, bourbon, cigars, fishing, and all things sports. Ian also works in real estate. Ian is also a devoted dog dad to Lucy and a lover of his boat. He is extremely kind-hearted and always willing to help, Ian has been a constant presence in Teds life celebrating many milestones together and over the years   Ian and Ted have share a close bond. They are so grateful to have Ian in their life and can not imagine their wedding without him.

Kennedy is a sassy, sweet, and absolutely adorable  7-year-old who has been a bright light in both Brittany and Ted’s lives for as long as they can remember. Brittany met Kennedy when she was just one year old, and over the years, she has grown into the smartest, sweetest, and most radiant little girl.
Kennedy is Ted’s niece, and he is her proud godfather, adoring everything about her from her goofy little quirks to her big love for family, her puppy Lucy, and her lifelong best friend Betsy the bunny. Her parents, Kate and Ian, are both in the wedding party with Kate being Ted’s sister which makes having Kennedy as our flower girl even more special.
Kennedy has always held a very special place in Brittany’s heart, and she has loved watching her grow up over the years. Kennedy has always been full of joy and love, and both Brittany and Ted feel so lucky to have her in their lives. They couldn’t imagine their wedding day without this little ray of sunshine their favorite girl walking down the aisle and spreading happiness to everyone around her.

Izzy is Brittany’s precious little cousin, who is five years old and already full of creativity and has such a big heart. She loves to color and is drawn to all things art no surprise, considering how thoughtful, sweet, and incredibly smart she is. She brings so much joy wherever she goes, and we adore her more than words can say. We couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her being a flower girl!

Literally the BEST sushi you will ever eat! They have been rated in the top 50 sushi restaurants on yelp in the United States as well! (They also have other items not just sushi like general tso chicken and fried rice). Ted’s family friend owns this restaurant so we love supporting our friends! Ted &amp; Brittany’s favorites- Rising Salmon roll we get it not seared (since we like raw salmon and it has Mango salsa) it’s the front roll in the photo-Blue Fin Tuna (this is a must if they have it available it’s like butter) it’s the pieces in the back of the photo- Garlic Endamame- Salmon Crispy Rice- General Tso Chicken (can be spicy but you can ask without spice)

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY? We ask you to RSVP online using the RSVP tab on our website no later than March 11th, 2026.

AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY? We kindly ask that you keep cameras and phones away and enjoy our special moment. We are paying for a photographer to capture this moment and pictures will be shared after. Thank you for understanding!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE? As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we can only accommodate those specified on your invitation.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? Formal Attire. Women:Elegant dresses such as floor-length gowns are encouraged. Men:Suits are encouraged. You can wear a tuxedo, but it's not required. Dark or neutral colors are preferred, paired with a dress shirt, tie or bow tie, and dress shoes. Children:Dressy outfits that reflect the same formal style as adults. Please no jeans, shorts, neon colors, or hats.
