In an effort to make things as easy as possible for our friends and family coming in from out of town, we've opted to host the ceremony and reception at the same place as our hotel venue! ~If you don’t want to stay at the Brookstreet hotel (or it's already booked up for that weekend), the area is Kanata, ON. There are plenty of other hotels in the area (GLō Best Western, Comfort Inn, Homewood Suites by Hilton, TownePlace Suites by Marriott, and Holiday Inn & Suites are all within a 10-15 drive to the Brookstreet), as well as air bnbs! You'll have to figure out your own transportation to the venue, if you choose not to stay at the Brookstreet! There are plenty of Ottawa taxi services such as Uber, BlueLine taxi (613-238-1111), or Capital Taxi (613-744-3333)~

There will be a bowl of Parking Exit Passes with a sign located in the foyer for guests to grab as they leave that night. Only guests without a room key (not spending the night) will need to take an Exit Pass which contains a QR code that they will scan when leaving the underground parking lot.
