The discounted room rate at the Hampton Inn is available until August 23, 2026. You’re welcome to stay elsewhere if you prefer — this is simply the cutoff to receive the group rate. Please note that RSVPs are due by September 1, 2026.

Plus-ones are noted on your invitation. If you did not receive a plus-one, please reach out before making arrangements — we want to make sure we can accommodate everyone

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of rain, we have an indoor contingency space reserved. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors regardless of weather.

Please RSVP by September 1, 2026 — after that, the RSVP portal closes and our seating chart goes into full wedding-mode!

We completely understand that unexpected emergencies can happen, and if you're unable to attend due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. We kindly ask that guests avoid cancelling last minute or not showing up without notice for non-emergency reasons, as our wedding day means so much to us and each guest's seat, meal, and experience have been thoughtfully planned and paid for in advance. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for this.

We want everyone to enjoy dinner! Our venue can accommodate dietary restrictions — just let us know any allergies or needs when you RSVP.

While we will have some children in attendance, we are unable to accommodate additional little ones unless they are listed on your invitation. If you are unable to arrange childcare, please let us know — we completely understand and will do our best to explore possibilities with you.

Crest Hollow is a fully ADA-accessible venue. To ensure every guest feels comfortable and supported, golf carts will be available to bring guests to the ceremony and will continue running throughout the evening for anyone who may need assistance.
