Brock and Brittany matched on the dating app Tinder back in 2018. Brittany caught brock's eye and he couldn't help but reach out to her. However, every attempt he made was met with no response until he decided to ask for her Snapchat which Brittany finally replied with "Sure!" and sent over her information. This was all Brock needed to start his pursuit to win Brittany's heart. At first Brock's attempts to be charming and flirty came off as awkward and were met with Brittany being stubborn and playing hard to get. This was not enough to deter Brock as he continued to message her on and off for roughly a year until he finally convinced her to hangout in person. This led to Brittany inviting Brock over to her house to watch the Lion King, which must've went well because things quickly took off in the relationship after that night. It started off with Brittany inviting Brock and him attending her family functions, which apparently came to the shock of all of her family. Brock started to spend so much time at Brittany's that he decided to just stop leaving. Suddenly their separate lives had become one, Brock quickly learning that every and any animal might end up being their next pet and subconsciously learning every Taylor Swift song, while Brittany had to learn how to navigate Brock's slight over obsession with sports and his constant disappointment with his favorite teams (SKOL Vikes, Hook 'Em Horns). After over five years of Brittany not so patiently waiting, Brock finally got the courage to ask Brittany to marry him on March 3rd, 2025 at their house in Elgin, with a little help from friends, family, and their dogs, Marney and Bevo (even if they weren't very cooperative). The next step is getting "Shitty" with all of you and we can't wait.
