HOW DO I BOOK A ROOM

First, please RSVP on our website so we can keep track of each person that is choosing to attend our destination wedding. After you let us know that you are going by putting in your information into the RSVP section, please go to the “Book Now” section. Our group booking link is located in this section of the website. The booking link will require you to put down a $100 deposit to secure your room; $100 per room, not per person. PLEASE also make sure to select the transfer from the airport to the resort. After you input your travel dates, make a room selection, and put down your $100 deposit, our travel agent will be in contact with you to make payments. Our travel agent will send you a confirmation with your booking information. REMINDER: If you book your room directly on the resort's website, you will not be eligible for the discounted group rate that our travel agent has set up.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Wedding dress code: Beach Casual Wedding attire. None of our sites will be directly in the sand. WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Passport, ID, swimsuits, wedding day attire, and formal wear for certain restaurants. These are the main items we do not want you to forget! Oh yeah.. and sunscreen!

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY?

There is no limit, minimum or maximum, on your length of stay! We would love everyone to join us from July 31 - August 3rd 2025 at least, but we understand if that is not possible. If you extend your stay, you will still be eligible for our group rates! Why not make a vacation out of it?

WHAT IS INCLUDED AT THE RESORT?

This resort is all inclusive. All of your food, drinks, alcohol, and most resort amenities are included in the price. Each guest will also have 24 hour room service and a mini-fridge stocked with soft drinks and alcohol. The price that is reflected when you book will also include your transportation from the airport in Cancun to the resort (and back). Guests will have the option to add excursions, purchase spa packages, and upgrade rooms if they choose.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

We are choosing to have a more intimate wedding ceremony. Further, there is also a strict limit on guests that are included in our wedding package. If you have a plus-one, it will be listed on your invitation. ﻿We plan to have the rest of our family and friends celebrate with us at a later date reception/party!

SHOULD I BRING A GIFT?

No gifts! Traveling to Cancun, Mexico is an investment itself. Your gift to us is the time we will spend together in beautiful Cancun, Mexico!

ARE CHILDREN/KIDS ALLOWED?

The resort is family friendly. “Kids” are considered an “Adult” for pricing purposes at age 13. ﻿PSA: The drinking age in Mexico is 18 years of age.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT ABOUT TRAVEL QUESTIONS?

Amanda Eicher is our travel agent and her information will be posted on the “Contact Us” section of our wedding website. She will be able to answer any questions you may have with your reservation. When contacting Amanda, please make sure you clarify that you are traveling with “Brittany and Kyle’s August 2025 Wedding."

IS THERE A DEADLINE TO BOOK MY ROOM?

There is a deadline to book your room. We will have until March 2025 to make changes to the room block, upgrade room, or change the length of stay. Preferably, we would like to make these changes sooner rather than later to give our travel agent the most amount of time to contact the resort. Please RSVP on our website by January 1st 2025 to let us know you plan to be in attendance.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes, you will need a passport since this is an international trip. Below are some resources to help you navigate the passport process. PLEASE be mindful of the potential time delays that it could take to receive your passports.
