Although we would love for everyone to join us we regretfully cannot accommodate anyone not named on the invitation. This is due to us having restricted numbers.

We hope you understand this and enjoy our day.



Order of the day:

- Day guests can start arriving from 12:30pm onwards, but please arrive no later than 1pm.

- The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm.

- Once the ceremony has finished, drinks will be served.

- You will be seated for the Wedding Breakfast at 4pm where you will enjoy your chosen meal.

- Speeches are to begin at 6:30pm followed by us cutting the cake.

- Evening guests will be invited to arrive from 7:30pm.

- First dance at 8pm.

- PARTY!

- Carriages at midnight.

FAQ's

What time should we arrive?

Day guests can begin to arrive from 12:30pm (please do not arrive any earlier), but please arrive no later than 1pm to ensure you are parked up and seated in time. The ceremony will promptly start at 1:30pm. Evening guests are free to join us from 7:30pm.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is plenty of space for parking. When you arrive and drive up to Sant Ffraed you will be greeted by staff who will direct you to the parking area and then later direct you to the main house where the ceremony will take place.

Does the venue accept cash or card?

The venue is strictly card only, so please refrain from bringing cash as it unfortunately cannot be used.

How do I RSVP?

Our invitations will have brought you to this website as per the RSVP section, so please proceed to click into the RSVP tab on this website and submit your response there. You will need to input your full name as it is detailed on your invitation. Should you have any difficulties please RSVP via the details provided on the 'Contact Us' tab. Please ensure you RSVP by 01/07/24.

How's best to get to and from the venue?

If you plan on staying the night then you will have access to free parking for the duration of the wedding and your stay. If you are planning on going home in the evening please ensure a form of transport is arranged; if you are booking a taxi, please do this in advance as the venue is quite remote.

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony is taking place indoors, but as the venue is split into different buildings there will be a time where we will have to walk outdoors from one to the other as the banquet hall is located in a different building. Weather permitting we will also be having photographs outdoors.

What is the colour scheme/what colour should we avoid wearing? Is there a dress code?

The colours included in our wedding are black, white and forest green. We would politely ask you to refrain from wearing white or forest green. The dress code is Formal (Black Tie Optional).
