Harpers Ferry is a small Civil War town approximately 30 minutes (20 miles) from Leesburg. It offers both historical sites and challenging hiking trails with beautiful views of WV, VA, and MD.

Bears Den (Easy, est. 1 hour; for all fitness levels)

Note: Bear Chase Brewery is located .5 miles from the trail parking lot, and is a wonderful brewery with beautiful views, great brews, and food.

Raven Rocks (Difficult, est. 3-4 hours; beautiful views)
