Jared and I initially crossed paths in seventh grade, where we had a brief romantic involvement. However, as the summer arrived, we went our separate ways, not foreseeing that our paths would converge again for another five years. It was during this time that I received a call from Hannah, my dearest and cherished childhood friend. Eager to reconnect, I promptly paid her a visit, and it was during this visit that Jared and I were reunited. Since then, we have been inseparable, spending each and every day together. We have been fortunate enough to welcome the arrival of two remarkable sons, and our journey together has spanned an incredible thirteen years, filled with immense joy and love. We are delighted to announce our upcoming nuptials and eagerly anticipate creating a memorable evening of cherished memories with all those who will join us on our wedding day. How The Park Was NamedIn October of 2005, when this journey began, in committee we called this project "The Memory Garden". As it grew, the working name became "Memory Park". Many people in the community submitted thoughtful suggestions for the permanent name. All were reviewed, but the major donors were all in consensus that the park should not be named for any one person or group, but rather areas of the park would be named for honorees. Over time, the simple Memory Park just seemed to be the right choice. Several people submitted Memory Park as their name of choice, and we will honor them with pavers in the park.
