Transportation is not provided for the welcome party. On the wedding day, complimentary transportation will be available between the Rochester Airport Marriott and Arbor at the Port. Shuttle Schedule to the Venue: -The first shuttle departs around 3:30 PM. -The second shuttle departs around 4:00 PM. Note: Space is limited, so please plan accordingly. If you miss the shuttle, Ubers are readily available. Feel free to enjoy drinks at the venue while you wait for the ceremony to begin. Return Service: For your convenience and safety, shuttles will run continuously from the venue to the hotel starting at 9:30 PM.

Guests may start arriving to the venue at 4:00 PM at the earliest, but please arrive no later than 4:25 PM sharp for a ceremony start time of 4:30 PM. Feel free to enjoy drinks at the venue while you wait for the ceremony to begin.

The reception will conclude at 11:00 PM, but if you are still up for more fun, you can join us for an after-party at the Rochester Marriott Hotel lobby bar. Drinks will be available for purchase until 2:00 AM.

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that our photographer can capture the moment. Feel free to take and share photos & videos during the reception!

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting a cocktail dress code for our wedding. We kindly request that gentlemen opt for a suit or dress shirt paired with a tie, while ladies are encouraged to wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. Please no jeans or shorts.

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people names on the invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bide - white, ivories, and creams. This does not include a men's dress shirts.

Airport to Hotel: When you arrive at the airport, call the hotel Front Desk and request the shuttle.
