1. How do I get into contact with the travel agent for help booking my stay?

Please use the link above and fill out the entire form. Our travel agent, Nick, will be providing information on room pricing for the resort. He will then be booking your resort stay for you. In addition, if you would like him to set up your flight for you (this is optional) then you can fill out that portion of the form above as well. For any questions regarding travel you can contact him directly via email nick@sandpipervacations.com.

2. Do I need to book with the travel agent?


In short, no, you do not need to book your stay using our travel agent. He is facilitating the booking in order to make it easier for everyone! If you so choose, you are able to book your stay on your own. If you do book on your own, reach out to Brittany (856-986-2283) or John (856-952-7302) and make one of them aware so that we can include you in the wedding numbers!

3. What resort?


The wedding will be held at Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort. https://www.lopesan.com. Use the drop down menu to select “hotels” and scroll down to the Punta Cana location!

4. Dates / Events?


Our guests are staying a minimum of 3 nights, Thursday June 26 - Sunday June 29. However many of our guests have taken advantage of the deal our travel agent provided and are staying Wednesday June 25 - Monday June 30. The cocktail welcome party will be a night event on Thursday June 26 for all of our guests to attend and mingle as we welcome you! Saturday June 28th at 5pm, the wedding ceremony will take place.

5. Packing tips?


- Tip money for the bars/restaurants (American bills are fine!)


- Stainless steel tumbler (ex. yeti) to keep alcoholic drinks cold!


- Hand held fan (so clutch!)


- Speaker for music (a beach must have!)


-Beach cover-ups (must be covered in order to enter eateries during the day)


- Waterproof around-the-neck cell phone pouch (to bring your phone with you in the pool, ocean, etc.
