Can we bring our children?
While we adore children, we kindly request that our wedding be enjoyed as an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and have fun with us!
Will transportation be provided?
Following the celebration, throughout and after the reception, a shuttle will be running on a constant loop from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM to return guests to the resort and surrounding hotels.
Transportation to keep the party going at a nearby location will also be provided until 1:00am!
What will the weather be like?
June in Coeur d’Alene usually brings lovely early-summer weather with mild days and cooler evenings. Historically, early June sees daytime highs around 70–75 °F and nighttime lows near 45–50 °F.
**While sunny weather is common, there’s always a chance for passing rain showers.
Are the actual wedding venue and the resort hotel located in the same building?
No!
While both the Hagadone Event Center and The Coeur d’Alene Resort are both Hagadone Hospitality properties, they are two separate locations. Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at the Hagadone Event Center, next to the Golf Course, not within the hotel.
Therefore, it is important to note to bring all necessities with you as you leave the hotel to attend wedding festivities at the event center. ‘Heading up to the room to grab something’ will not be as easily possible.
Travel
For guests traveling from outside Idaho, we recommend flying into Spokane International Airport.
